Appointed during the final design phase to lead value engineering and early contractor engagement, improving cost efficiency ahead of construction. The project includes a staged subdivision, with the existing dwelling separated onto its own title to recycle capital into the townhouse development.

Responsible for multi-stage subdivision delivery, coordination with Auckland Council and utility providers, construction contract administration, and regular reporting to keep the client closely informed throughout the project.
